What will I feel during the procedure?

The surgical staff will place anesthetizing drops in the eye ahead of time ensuring no pain during the treatment. These drops take about one hour to wear off. Some discomfort may be experienced in the first 24-48 hours following surgery. Medications are provided to reduce or eliminate any discomfort.
